Montana Vision Trip - May 2025

For the third year, we have the unique opportunity to travel to Trails End Ranch in Ekalaka, Montana with Movement Foundation.

Participants on this trip can expect to be assisting the ranch staff to prepare for their summer campers.  The mission work could change, depending on the needs, but will most likely include painting a new building, finishing the repairs on a barn, painting the interior of a new bunkhouse, some landscape needs, or even serving on the kitchen team preparing and serving our meals while we are there.  You can learn more about the ranch and see photos at ter.org.  This camp serves children all summer, many of whom attend on scholarships made available by donors to the camp, as well as other activities, such as company retreats during the rest of the year.   

Our accommodations will be bunkhouse style cabins on the ranch and all meals prepared there as well. Any tools needed to do the work will be available at the camp, so no need to pack tools to bring, however, we need to remember the elevation is over 4,000 feet and sunburns are possible.  Each person may want to pack hats, sunglasses, work gloves and sun screen.

Trail’s End Ranch is a fully accredited, non-denomination, Christian camp nestled in the midst of Custer National Forest approximately 5 miles southeast of Ekalaka, MT.  Situated on 720 acres, the camp has access to the national forest for biking, horseback riding, and hiking; recreational possibilities are limitless.
